Chili Team Tickets are on sale now!  

What you Need to Know for Competition:

Just show up with 5 gallons of chili, and you will be good to go. Day-of set up should be begin by 10:30 AM - come to the venue with your chili pre-made and heated in order to be eligible for judging. We will have a table in the tasting area marked off for your team upon arrival. We will provide sternos to help keep your chili hot, as well as tasting bowls, utensils and napkins.

Judging will be promptly at 11:30am.

A panel of esteemed food critics, personalities and alumni will evaluate chili on the following criteria:

Condiments and garnishes are encouraged.
